Before:
There was no Rotary Tanker Pump designed specifically for road
tanker use..... ....only adaptions of standard process pumps, design compromises and "that will do" pumps!
But Now!
Following extensive consultation with road tanker users, builders
and equippers, we have designed the RTP, the first lobe pump specifically
designed for road transport use.
This is the pump
that industry has been waiting for. The pump has an aluminium gear
case for light weight, 316L pump head components for
hygiene and corrosion resistance, optimised displacement, high pressure
performance and hygienic characteristics, the RTP gives fleet operators
an easy to maintain and low cost solution to their pumping requirements.

The RTP30 pump has a DIN
24960 seal housing which can accept our own high torque hygienic seal, proprietary brands of seal, lip seals or simple 'O'ring seals to suit all applications.
The RTP30 pump is available as standard with a lightweight aluminium gear housing and has the option of a cast iron gear case when required.
The RTP20 pump has a simple single or double 'O'ring seal which is available in a variety of elastomers to suit most applications.
The RTP20 pump has enhanced rotorcase profiling to prompote self draining when mounted with the ports vertical.
All pumps have full bore connections going right to the root of the rotor dwell, this means that high viscosity product can be pumped faster without the risk of pump or product damage.
